Jiexin Textiles Group has founded since 1970s, formerly it was the Hunan Changde Wuling Dyeing & Finishing Factory, developing till 2001, Jiexin merged Taoyuan Textiles Printing & Dyeing Factory, and formed a complete production process from cotton purchasing to ready-made clothes. The co***ny is one of the large-scale manufacturers in Hunan province or even in China.
Jiexin has fixed assets of 580 million RMB, factory building area of 250,000 sq. meters as well as cotton planting base, cotton ginning factory, weaving factory, printing & dyeing factory, garment factory, thermoelectric plant, waterworks and sewage treatment worksŁ»5,000 employees including 350 technicians; 70,000 ring spindles, 3720 rotor spinning spindles, 1780 looms with shuttles and 485 shuttleless looms,12 printing & dyeing lines and 300 sets of garments production equipments.
With unremitting efforts, Jiexin can now annually produce 5000tons of raw cotton,17500 tons of cotton yarns, 70 million meters of grey fabrics, 60 million meters of printed & dyed fabrics and 1 million pcs. garments, with production value of 1 billion RMB yuan and foreign exchanged earned 50 million USD.
